  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. fresh whole kernel corn or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 2 c. cooked lima beans
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

    Add corn, lima beans, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add cream and simmer gently, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
