- 2 c. fresh whole kernel corn or frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 2 c. cooked lima beans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

2Add corn, lima beans, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add cream and simmer gently, uncovered, for about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
