  • 7 c. sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
  • 1 c. thinly sliced or chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. thinly sliced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. salt to taste
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Combine vegetables; stir sugar to dissolve in vinegar.

    Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables.

    Cover and store in refrigerator. (If doubling the amount of the recipe, reduce the amount of celery seed.)
