- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 1 large carrot
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. broth
- 1 bunch kintsay or Chinese leeks
- 1 bundle first class bijon China rice sticks
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 2 pieces chorizo (Chinese sausage), fried
- sliced spring onion, chopped
Directions

1Saute garlic in cooking oil; add onions, carrot and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and fry for 2 minutes.

2Add broth and simmer; add kintsay.

3When vegetables are cooked, mix in soaked and drained bijon and season with salt and m.s.g.

4Garnish with chorizo and spring onions.
