  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 lb mild Italian sausage
  • 4 ounces anchovy fillets, 1 small tin
  • 12 minced onion
  • 12 cup chopped of fresh mint
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning

    Burger Patties:

    Spread the ground chuck out evenly over a large cutting board, sprinkle and spread the remaining meat ingredients evenly over the meat (especially the anchovy), combine all with hands and mix well.

    Shape two patties in the shape of your bread loaves, then cut each patty in half, and cook on the grill.
