Mint-Cranberry Tea

- 2 c. cranberry juice
- 4 to 6 tea bags (your favorite flavor)
- 1/2 bunch mint
- peel of 1 lemon, cut in strips
- additional mint sprigs for garnish
- lemon slice for garnish
Directions

1Fill ice cube trays with cranberry juice.

2Freeze until solid, about 3 hours or overnight.

3For tea, bring 1 quart water to full boil.

4In heatproof bowl or pitcher, pour boiling water over tea. Let stand 5 minutes, until desired strength.

5Remove tea bags; discard.

6Add mint sprigs and lemon peel strips.

7Chill 1 hour. Strain and discard mint and lemon peel.
