- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 48 mints Andres
Directions

1Melt margarine, add brown sugar. Stir until smooth

2Melt chocolate chips with water & add to margarine mixture

3Add eggs & remaining ingredients (except Andes Mints). Mix well with beater.

4Chill dough over night. (or at least put in freezer for a couple hours). If you do chill overnight, let it thaw for approx. 1 hour before rolling into balls.

5Roll into quarter size balls & bake at 350 degrees for 10min.

6Remove from oven & place 1 Andes mint on top of each cookie. When melted, spread over cookie.
