- 1/4 c. chopped mint
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. ginger ale or soda water
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 to 4 sprigs mint for garnish
Directions

1Put chopped mint in pitcher with sugar.

2Pour boiling water over and leave to cool.

3Then add freshly squeezed juices.

4Chill for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

5Strain.

6Add ginger ale or soda and ice cubes.

7Pour in glasses and garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
