  • 4 Tablespoons Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • FOR THE ASSEMBLY:
  • 1 Batch Of Your Favorite Homemade Or Store Bought Sugar Cookie Dough (enough To Make About 30 Cookies Cut Out In An Egg Shape Or Circle Shape About 3 1/2 Inches In Length)
  • 60 Chocolate Chips For The Eyes

    ["For the cookies:", "Roll out your cookie dough on your work surface. Cut your cookies with an egg-shaped cookie cutter. Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet according to the recipe you are using. Cool cookies completely on a cooling rack, then decorate with the cookie icing.", "For the icing:", "Combine powdered sugar, milk, corn syrup and lemon juice in a bowl and mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth. If your icing is too thick, add a little more milk. If it is too thin, add a little more powdered sugar.", "For the assembly:", "Turn cookies with the narrow end of the eggs facing you (the narrow side is the chin). I use a plastic squeeze bottle for decorating these. So fill it with the icing. I snipped a little bit of the plastic tip off to give me a thicker stream for certain cookies.
