- 1/4 c. mint jelly
- 1 Tbsp. dry white wine or orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 lamb rib or loin chops (2 1/2 lb. total)
Directions

1For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine mint jelly, wine or orange juice, orange peel and pepper.

2Heat until smooth.

3Trim fat from meat.

4Preheat grill.

5Adjust heat for direct cooking. Place lamb chops on grill rack over medium heat.

6Cover and grill for 10 to 16 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once halfway through and brushing with glaze often.
