- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. mint chocolate chips (1 c.)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 5 drops food coloring
Directions

1Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 375°.

2Beat whites until fluffy.

3Add cream of tartar and sugar slowly, then salt.

4Beat until very stiff.

5Add vanilla and food coloring.

6Fold in mint chocolate chips.

7Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.

8Put in oven; turn oven off and leave cookies in oven 4 to 5 hours or overnight without opening the oven.
