Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. lime juice
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • dried mint leaves to fill a small tea caddy
  • 4 qt. ginger ale
  • 2 qt. club soda
  • 1/2 gal. lime sherbet
  • sliced strawberries (to garnish)

Directions

    Mix all juices with mint and sugar.

    Stir well to dissolve. Add sodas, sherbet and berries.

    Chill well.

    Serves approximately 45 (6 ounce) glasses or about 2 gallons.
