  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped mint
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2Tbsp. vegetable or salad oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • salt to taste

    Put in a jug the mint.

    Cover with boiling water.

    Add sugar, oil and vinegar.

    Add salt to taste.

    Serve with roast lamb.
