Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (I use malt)
  • 1/4 cup chopped of fresh mint

Directions

    Combine the water and sugar in small pot.

    Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.

    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint.
  5. 5
    Cool slightly and serve in a jug.
