- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar (I use malt)
- 1/4 cup chopped of fresh mint
Directions

1Combine the water and sugar in small pot.

2Stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.

3Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.

4Remove from heat and stir in the vinegar and the mint.

5Cool slightly and serve in a jug.
