- 7 tea bags
- 7 mint sprigs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 3 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (thawed)
- mint sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients.

2Pour boiling water over tea mixture, cover and let stand 30 minutes.

3Remove tea bags and mint sprigs; discard.

4Transfer tea to a large pitcher and add water, pineapple juice and lemonade concentrate; stir well.

5Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs.

6Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.
