  • 1/2 c. lightly packed fresh mint leaves (about 2 Tbsp., crushed)
  • 4 c. water

Directions

    Pour boiling water over the bark, first breaking it into bits. Cover the pitcher containing it and let stand until cold.

    Add lemon juice if desired and sweeten to taste.
