  • 1/3 cup caffeine-free loose green tea, or 5 tea bags
  • 12 sprigs fresh mint
  • 1/2 of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup edible flowers
  • 1/4 cup blanched almonds
