- 8 lamb-rib or loin chops (about 1-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. dry white wine or apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 tsp. dried mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Set oven on broil; trim fat from chops.

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Brush chops with wine mixture.

4Place lamb on rack in broiler pan.

5Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat about 4 minutes or until brown.

6Brush again with wine mixture.

7Turn chops and brush the other side.

8Broil 5 to 7 minutes longer for medium doneness (160°).
