  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 4 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Directions

    Whisk first 6 ingredients in medium bowl until blended; gradually whisk in oil.

    Place steak in shallow dish.

    Brush 1/4 cup mustard mixture over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.

    Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.

    Heat grill to medium heat.

    Grill steak 4 to 6 min.

    on each side or until medium doneness (160F).

    Remove steak from grill; let stand 5 min.

    Meanwhile combine couscous, peppers, cheese, olives and remaining mustard mixture; spoon onto platter.
