  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Cream the margarine and Crisco. Add sugar and cream well.

    Add the eggs, one at a time.

    Add flour and milk alternately.

    Put in cold oven.

    Turn to 325° and bake 1 hour. Turn to 350° and bake for 1/2 hour.
