  • 4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. dried shrimp or any of dashi ingredients
  • 1/2 c. miso
  • 1/2 tofu, diced
  • 3 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces

Directions

    Make soup stock by boiling water and shrimp (or meat) for about 30 minutes; strain.

    Add miso, tofu and green onions; cook for about 5 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 5.
