- 1/2 c. miso
- 1/2 tofu, diced
- 3 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Make soup stock by boiling water and shrimp (or meat) for about 30 minutes; strain.

2Add miso, tofu and green onions; cook for about 5 minutes.
