Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Blend with cocoa and sugar.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until well blended.

    Add flour and vanilla; stir well. Bake, in oblong baking pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray, for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    While still hot, smooth on top of cake the marshmallow cream.

    Let set for a few minutes. Pour Chocolate Frosting over marshmallow cream.
