- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can kraut
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 5 strips bacon
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions

1Dice and fry bacon.

2Add onion and saute.

3Add kraut, tomatoes and sugar. Simmer about 1 hour. If lesser kraut flavor is desired cook faster and for a longer period of time.
