- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. beer
- French bread cubes
- fresh vegetables
Directions

1Combine cheeses and flour.

2Microwave beer in 1 1/2-quart bowl, uncovered, on Full power until it bubbles, about 2 minutes.

3Stir in cheese mixture.

4Microwave, uncovered, on Half power, stirring every 2 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is blended, about 5 minutes.

5Serve with French bread cubes and fresh vegetables as dippers.
