Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 6 oranges)
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 2 (7-ounce) packages dried mixed fruit
  • 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 1 lemon, quartered

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Discard cloves, cinnamon, and lemon. Serve with chremslach.
