- 1 (16 oz.) can lite chunky mixed fruit
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, packed in own juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can lite peach slices
- 1 (16 oz.) can lite pear halves
- 3 bananas
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 1 large can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
Directions

1Mix the mixed fruit, peaches and pear halves, reserving liquid. Add pineapple chunks and juice.

2Add entire can of concentrated frozen orange juice and some of the reserved liquid, if needed, to cover all the fruit.

3Save remaining reserved liquid to add after adding bananas and kiwi, if needed, to cover fruit.

4Chill.

5Before serving, add sliced bananas and kiwi.

6This is a good salad to take out or serve if having friends in for breakfast.
