  • 1 c. nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 medium cantaloupe or honeydew melon, cut up
  • 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges or 2 fresh sectioned oranges
  • 2 sliced bananas, sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. seedless grapes

    Mix fruit pieces. Whisk together yogurt, orange juice and honey.
