  • 2 shallots
  • 2 lb. wild mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 12 oz. cooked pasta
  • 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Directions

    Heat olive oil on medium in 12-inch skillet.

    Add shallots; cook 3 minutes.

    Add white and mixed wild mushrooms, water, salt, and pepper.

    Cook 10 minutes or until tender.
