- 2 shallots
- 2 lb. wild mushrooms
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 12 oz. cooked pasta
- 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
Directions

1Heat olive oil on medium in 12-inch skillet.

2Add shallots; cook 3 minutes.

3Add white and mixed wild mushrooms, water, salt, and pepper.

4Cook 10 minutes or until tender.

5Stir in cooked pasta, parsley, and lemon juice.
