Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- liquid red pepper sauce to taste
- 2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
- 1/4 c. round cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook frozen vegetables in small amount of water just until tender.

2Drain.

3Combine vegetables with water chestnuts and mushrooms.

4Combine soup, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, liquid red pepper sauce and cheese.

5Mix well.

6Toss this mixture with the vegetables.

7Bake, uncovered, in 2-quart casserole in a 350° oven about 40 minutes.

8Stir occasionally.

9Sprinkle with crumbs just before serving.

10Serves 10 to 12.
