  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2/3 c. stuffing croutons or breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Cook vegetables in water and seasoned salt until tender-crisp, uncovered.

    Drain vegetables and mix with soup.

    Combine stuffing, spices and melted butter.

    Sprinkle over vegetables.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Can be made early and refrigerated.
