  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2/3 c. vodka
  • 1/3 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar

    Grease and flour Bundt cake pan, shaking out excess.

    Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and beat thoroughly.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes.
