  • little neck clams
  • red pepper, chopped fine
  • green pepper, chopped fine
  • onion, chopped fine
  • 8 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon (juice)
  • bacon strips, cooked and broken into pieces
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Steam clams until open; separate into halves.

    Mix peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and lemon.

    Put pepper mixture onto each clam.

    Top each clam with bacon and cheese.

    Pop into oven for a few minutes until cheese melts.
