- onion, chopped fine
- 8 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon (juice)
- bacon strips, cooked and broken into pieces
- shredded Cheddar cheese

1Steam clams until open; separate into halves.

2Mix peppers, onion, Tabasco sauce and lemon.
