Mocha Cookie Pudding Pops

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 2 Oreo Cookies, finely chopped
  • 4 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Directions

    Beat vanilla pudding mix with milk and coffee granules with whisk 2 min.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Spoon into 6 paper cups.

    Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon in centre of each cup.

    Freeze 5 hours or until firm.

    Remove frozen pops from cups just before serving; discard cups.

    Place chopped Oreo Cookies on plate.

    Melt chocolate as directed on package; pour into small measuring cup or custard cup.

    Dip each pop halfway into chocolate; press and roll pops on chopped cookies; place on waxed paper-covered tray.
