- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 c. coffee flavored brandy or Kahlua
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1In a small saucepan, heat milk and gelatin to boiling point, stirring to dissolve gelatin.

2Pour into blender with the exception of the heavy cream.

3Process until smooth.

4Add heavy cream; process at a low speed until well blended.

5Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.

6Chill until firm.

7Serve with coffee brand whipped cream or regular whipped cream.
