Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. coffee flavored brandy or Kahlua
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    In a small saucepan, heat milk and gelatin to boiling point, stirring to dissolve gelatin.

    Pour into blender with the exception of the heavy cream.

    Process until smooth.

    Add heavy cream; process at a low speed until well blended.

    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with coffee brand whipped cream or regular whipped cream.
