- 1 block margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) box mochiko sweet rice flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients together.

2Add milk directly to melted margarine and eggs.

3Add liquid to dry mixture and mix.

4Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Top with flaked coconut.

6Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.

7Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

8Cut in pieces and cool.
