  • 2 lb. chicken thighs, boned
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 5 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. mochiko flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

    Stir to mix well and marinate overnight. Fry in oil until brown.
