- 2 c. rice
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cream of celery soup
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. celery
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- soy sauce
- 1 large c. mushrooms
- water
Directions

1Fry hamburger and diced onion; drain off fat.

2Mix raw rice, soups and hamburger in covered baking dish.

3Add mushrooms; do not drain juice.

4Put in with mixture; add soy sauce to taste.

5Mix about 4 cans of water into mixture.

6Add celery.

7Bake at 350° until rice is done.

8Add more water if needed to finish cooking rice.

9Stir mixture every 1/2 hour.
