Ingredients

  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. celery
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion
  • soy sauce
  • 1 large c. mushrooms
  • water

Directions

    Fry hamburger and diced onion; drain off fat.

    Mix raw rice, soups and hamburger in covered baking dish.

    Add mushrooms; do not drain juice.

    Put in with mixture; add soy sauce to taste.

    Mix about 4 cans of water into mixture.

    Add celery.

    Bake at 350° until rice is done.

    Add more water if needed to finish cooking rice.

    Stir mixture every 1/2 hour.
