Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. imitation crab, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. minced water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mun doo pi
- deep fat (for frying)
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, water chestnuts and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

2To form mun doo, put about 2 teaspoons filling in center of pi. Moisten edges with water and fold in half; pinch edges together to seal well.

3Repeat until all ingredients are used.

4Heat deep fat to 375°.

5Fry mun doo until golden brown.

6Drain on absorbent paper.

7Makes 30 mun doo.
