- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter (1 c.)
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- dash of salt
Directions

1Keep popped popcorn warm in low oven.

2Combine the brown sugar, butter and syrup and boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add cream of tartar, soda and salt.

4Pour over popped corn; mix and place in large roasting pan.

5Bake at 200° for 1 hour.
