- 9 lasagna noodles
- 6 to 8 medium to large potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles about 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3Cook potatoes, drain, add diced cheese and mash with milk and butter.

4Lay 3 noodles in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole that has been well greased.

5Spread half potato mixture over noodles.

6Add 3 more noodles with remaining potatoes on top.

7Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

8Saute onions in butter while casserole is baking.

9Top with onions before serving.
