Mock Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans white tuna
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can tomato soup (don't add any water)
  • 2 pkg. unflavored knox gelatine
  • 3/4 c. celery (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 c. onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. hot water

Directions

    Warm soup add cream cheese until melted and smooth.

    Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 c. hot water.

    In large bowl add all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into mold and chill overnight.

    Remove from mold onto serving plate.

    Serve with HiHo's or any cracker.
