Ingredients

  • 16 slices boiled ham
  • 16 slices Swiss cheese
  • 16 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 16 slices white bread (without crusts)
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Layer bread, ham, Swiss and Cheddar, starting with a layer of bread.

    Combine eggs, milk, onion powder and dry mustard; pour over layers.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

    Uncover; sprinkle with corn flakes. Drizzle with butter or margarine.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
