- 16 slices boiled ham
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 16 slices Cheddar cheese
- 16 slices white bread (without crusts)
- 10 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Layer bread, ham, Swiss and Cheddar, starting with a layer of bread.

3Combine eggs, milk, onion powder and dry mustard; pour over layers.

4Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

5Uncover; sprinkle with corn flakes. Drizzle with butter or margarine.

6Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
