   Mix salt and cornstarch together.

   Bring water to boil; remove from heat.

   Add salt and cornstarch slowly while stirring. Continue to cook over low heat until dough is hard to stir. Remove from pan; let cool and knead.

   Store in airtight container. Model and paint.
