- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. hot coffee
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Makes 3 layers or 2 layers and 6 cupcakes.

2Sift flour and dry ingredients.

3Add oil, coffee, milk and sugar.

4Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.

5Add 2 eggs and vanilla.

6Beat 2 more minutes. Batter will be thin.

7Bake in 3 (9 x 1 1/2-inch) pans.

8Line bottom of pan with wax paper.

9Grease pans.

11Use 1 3/4 cups cake batter per pan.

12Bake in 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
