  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. canned cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a bowl, combine cornmeal and baking powder.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a 12 x 9 x 2-inch buttered baking dish.

    Bake in preheated 400° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
