- 1/3 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 3/4 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. flavoring
- food coloring
- sugar
Directions

1Combine shortening, syrup, egg white, 1 pound confectioners sugar, flavoring and food coloring in mixer bowl; beat well.

2Beat in as much remaining confectioners sugar as needed to make a stiff consistency.

3Shape into balls; roll into sugar.

4Press into candy molds.

5Let dry for a day.

6May be frozen.
