Molded Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Bring pineapple, sugar and lemon to boil.

    Add gelatine, previously soaked in 1/4 cup cold water.

    Let cool.

    Add cream cheese and mix well.

    When entirely cool, add whipped whipping cream.

    Pour into mold.
