- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. cubed tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. diced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
Directions

1Cook rice as directed on package.
