Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- flour to dust
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or cooking oil of your choice)
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 c. Marsala
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Marinate veal cutlets in 1/4 cup of Marsala wine for 1 hour; remove from marinade and dust cutlets in flour.

2In skillet, saute garlic in olive oil.

3Over medium heat, add veal cutlets and brown on both sides.

4Remove cutlets and keep warm.

5Drain oil from skillet.

6Add butter and remaining Marsala to skillet and cook to reduce.

7Return cutlets to skillet, spooning Marsala sauce over them.

8Season with salt and pepper as desired.

9Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley or green onion.
