  • 1 doz. flour tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 small can Niblets corn
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned or 4 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup

Directions

    In medium saucepan, heat tortillas in sauce.

    Line bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole with tortillas and sauce.

    Layer the ingredients as follows:

    meat, 1/2 of the cheese, chilies, corn, soups and 1/2 of the cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
