  • 1 can Ortega hot jalapenos
  • 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 6 scallions (green onions)
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • cilantro (optional)

    Cut up scallions 1-inch size.

    In blender, combine scallions, jalapenos, tomatoes and garlic salt.

    Blend on medium speed for approximately 30 seconds or to desired chunkiness.

    Salsa for dips can be chunky. Salsa for meals can be smoother. Cilantro can be added with all ingredients for a little different flavor. This salsa has a medium spicy flavor.
